Swirling Square is a more playful approach using painted steel components welded onto a flexible steel bar that's been bent and curled in multiple directions.
The steel bar behaves like a stiff spring.
The "square" is a really a welded, three dimensional construct, suspended from the spring bar.
On a windy day the square component moves and swings, providing the energy to have the entire gently move with the wind.
